“Wij hebben bij Ponte Villas een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad. Bij aankomst had Jarno last van Bali Belly, maar het personeel heeft hem geweldig geholpen. Ze zorgden voor gemberthee en verse kokosnoot, en het eten werd speciaal voor hem aangepast. Echt fantastische service! Onze vriend Wawan speelde hierin een grote rol en verdient absoluut een extra vermelding, maar uiteraard ook het andere personeel. De kamers en het hotel zijn prachtig, alles is netjes en schoon. “The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours. Food was good with enough variety.
